Let me just tell you a little story right quick.

I got locked out of my phone for two days the other day,

and I nearly lost my mind.

I don't want to say I had a manic episode.

I am not, I am not bipolar, but I was,

I did have a psychiatrist like maybe a decade ago tell me that I was bipolar but he

literally told me that I was bipolar diagnosed me as bipolar within like

20 minutes of meeting me and I'm just like how the

fuck do you know that bro? Basically I went in there I sat down he was like

tell me about yourself and I told them that I was like sober and I told them like when I was in my addiction that I was like dangerously impulsive and I would do like crazy shit when I was drunk or high

And then like within 10 minutes he was like you're bipolar and you need lithium.

And then I was like, uh what? And then I was like, I don't know.

I kind of just like to do yoga and he was like I could make you feel like you just

got out of a yoga class 24 hours a day like basically with these drugs he was

telling me like I can make you feel like you just got out of a yoga class 24 hours a

day and I'm like are you a drug dealer a psychiatrist like it was so

fucked but but that was the one person that told me I was bipolar.
