Summary

Guilt can sneak into the most ordinary choices, like changing a workout studio or finding someone new to do your hair. I share a recent observation that keeps proving itself true: even when we already live with more ease, there is always a new level of ease available, and it usually starts with putting down a burden we picked up out of habit. Can I tell you something interesting that I observed recently?

And in the book, Let It Be Easy, if you don't already have the book and you listen to this podcast, you will love reading Let It Be Easy. So definitely check it out. But one thing that I do say in the book and you listen to this podcast, you will love reading, let it be easy. So definitely

0:21.8

check it out. But one thing that I do say in the book that is constantly being proven to me

0:27.4

1:23.8

and getting my hair done wasn't sustainable for me to travel an hour each way,

1:29.3

especially if there was like something to fix. I needed to find somebody locally. I did find

1:35.4

someone locally. I'm keeping this story very short here. But I went through quite an agonizing

1:40.4

decision to essentially break up with a couple who I loved and still love, by the way,

1:47.3

I went through a heartbreaking decision to make a switch. And the same thing happened to me

1:54.2

recently with my Pilates studio. I was a member of a studio for, gosh, six years or so, and felt again very loyal, very connected to it.

2:04.7

And then when I found a studio that simply just suited my needs a bit better and is more
