Anyway, let's get in to today's podcast episode because again, as I said before, it's a bit of

busy week. So let's start off Monday. Monday last week, I was actually, well, I was going to say I was in London,

but before that, because something I get asked all the time is, Esme, you're busy, you're doing all

these things. Do you still even have the time to ride your horses? Yes, yes, I do. I just wake up

at the absolute crack of dawn. I am there ready to go.

So anyway, Monday morning, got up, first thing, got the horses exercised, went and showered and like de-horsified myself.

Because the last thing that I want to do is be that horse girl that turns up to an event in London and everyone's like she smells like

horse so anyway um so I was actually in London I was at the meta HQ that I this is my second

time there now which is very cool um which is so meta obviously own Facebook Instagram

threads that kind of thing and I was there for the Meta Partner Summit. So if you
