me dressing the horses up for Halloween, which I've finally done.

Oh my goodness, it was incredible.

As well as how my dad likes to spray me in the face with a hose pipe.

last week's episode, I recorded on a Monday. As always, I quite like to have, like, Monday is my

super productive. Let's get loads of things done. Let's plan the week. Feeling super pumped, ready to go. And also, this Monday was straight off the back of my trip to Ireland. That if you listen to last week's episode, last week's episode was a long one. It was almost an hour long. My grandma actually said to me, she was like, Esme, you should have done that in two parts because it was so long and i was like you know what people like the long ones sometimes you got like some

bonus minutes in there anyway um so yeah let me know the comments if you do like a longer podcast

i try and make them about half an hour long 40 minutes long around that sort of time but anyway

it depends how this my week's been but you would have listened last week

the last week was a busy week I was non-stop and I was going to take the Monday off as my day off

because I had no days off last week and then what happened was I was like you know what no I just

quite like my Mondays get stuff done at the beginning of the week and then I feel like I could have

a rest the plan was have have, have my Monday to get everything done, and then maybe have, like, Tuesday afternoon off. The horses had their physio, actually, on the Tuesday morning, so I was like, well, I can't have the day off. Well, even though, I mean, when the horse had their physio. I just stand there chatting to my physio. Have it a lovely time. But anyway, what

happened was is, I just stand there chatting to my physio, having a lovely time.

But anyway, what happened was is, I started to get poorly.

Now, I would say normally when I'm ill, I just need one day of lying in bed, doing whatever, trying to rest.
