Social media is not reality.

So much of what you see on Instagram and on Facebook is fake.

And I'd like to offer you a word of encouragement as someone who is

creating that fake content I want to assure you that God doesn't let us get away with it. God teaches us lessons and I just got a big one today.

So if you could kindly pull up my Instagram or my Facebook.

If you search for Jen Fulwiler, I should come up.

You will see a picture of naked Barbie dolls and it's not as weird as it sounds

it's weirder. I was trying to make a point I was trying to make a point about how did I get to the okay I was making the point that all of our Barbie dolls are white and naked.

And those two things coincide for the same reason,

that I am easily overwhelmed by life.

And so when I'm out shopping for dolls I just reach for what is familiar it's not

intentional it's always like I'm trying to reply to three texts and I'm running late because I'm always running late and I'm just grabbing a doll and I most of the dolls on the shelf

Look they all look the same way and so I just grab the some white

dog because they're all white I just throw it in the cart and then I'm done and that's the

same reason the all of these dolls are naked in my house.

I just can't deal with life.

I can't deal with clothes for my kids.

My kids are half naked.

Cannot expect these dolls to be more clothed than my kids. So that was the point that I was trying to make. If you, the

dolls were an analogy. Having a bunch of white faces in the doll bin

is an approximation for the fact

that we tend to reach for what is familiar
