and so normally the way it goes is like you and a couple other people will walk up to a cell and you'll tell the offenders like, hey, go to the back of your cell and one of you at a time come over here and we'll put restraints on you and then we'll search yourself. And normally it goes okay. Not always, but my two sergeants at the time, they were with me and we were kind of like just around this door.

And we walked up and the inmates had their heads wrapped, like with their bed sheets and whatever.
