And we're recording the show on August 9, 2019, which is the 50th anniversary

of the opening of the haunted mansion at Disneyland Park.

I forget Michelle, are we particularly fond of the haunted mansion or?

We have family ties to it. My uncle was opening cast. Oh, okay. The hat back box ghost, which was in there for the first couple weeks scared the big jabbers out of me when I was two and I had nightmares until I was about eight.

Oh, okay.

But I was really happy to see him that.

Yeah, you know, though what was kind of intriguing just over the last couple of years.

I mean there's always been that debate in the fan community about whether or not

Hatbox actually made it to the opening of the attraction.

And it wasn't until what, four or five years ago somebody actually found that home movie that actually showed the character.

I was lying.

I love Tony though.

I do.

But the weird thing is, you know,

the story I always heard, you never made it through the first summer that the illusion didn't work where they had a position just didn't work
