| 1:38.9 | third way is distance. How many miles do you walk? And I think what tends to happen when you get started |
| 1:49.9 | walking for fitness, particularly if you are counting your steps, before you get the step |
| 1:56.8 | tracker and you know exactly how many steps you're getting over the course of a day, |
| 2:02.6 | most of us tend to overestimate how many steps we walk a day. And we experience that first day |
| 2:12.5 | fitbit shock. We've heard forever 10,000 steps, and we know that we are moving all day long. |
