husband. I don't currently have anything to add to what Gina Davidson just shared with you during

that news bulletin. But if anything does emerge or transpire, then rest assured we will bring

that straight to you Toot Suite. Nicola Sturgeon's husband Peter Morel understood to have been

arrested in connection with an investigation into the funding and finances of the SMP.

There's a whole heap of reasons why I don't have anything to add to that, including my ignorance

of the nuances and differences between Scottish and English law.

that we have not gone any further than we are permitted to go.

The reason I mentioned the Atlantic, of course,

is because former President Trump found himself arrested on 34 counts yesterday and things I would suggest are looking rather more serious for him than some

suggested, not that that will stop the usual suspects from claiming that somehow the rule of law

or the basic requirements of justice should somehow be trumped, if you pardon the pun, by status

or fear of bolstering the base.
