0:53.0	And, you know, we have five generations at this moment that are currently working together in the workplace.
1:01.0	The traditionalists, the boomers, the X, the millennials, the Gen Z, and fast coming up the Alpha Generation.
1:09.0	So it's a unique experiment for building
1:13.4	relationship cultures and relationships in the workplace as a whole. Now we
1:19.2	know that strong relationships are at the core of high performance and we also
1:26.4	know that there is a social atrophy going on and that people need as
1:30.5	many skills and practices to really enhance their social skills. So I created a new version of
1:39.9	the game where should we begin that is specifically for at work and I really was hoping to design
1:46.3	and transform work culture one story and one relationship at a time you know how much I believe
1:52.7	in the power of stories because they are bridges for connection and what I also very much liked
2:00.3	is the fact that it's a collaboration between me and
2:03.2	Culture Amp, which is a company that provided me with tremendous data science on people.
2:11.0	And we could test every card until it finally found its way into the deck.
