One of the things I'm known for is giving advice. On this very podcast, I give advice every other Sunday

0:06.6

in a series called advice session. And in my real life, there's nothing I love more than sitting down

0:13.0

with somebody and talking through a challenge. It's up for debate whether my advice is any good.

0:18.0

I think all advice should be up for debate. Advice is biased.

0:22.8

Advice is based on people's personal experiences in life. However, I will say I'm someone who's

0:29.4

always prefacing my advice with, you should take this with a grain of salt. I don't know what

0:35.5

the fuck I'm talking about. I'm not a professional. I'm just

0:38.7

yapping. You need to figure it out for yourself. But regardless of all of this, I'm known for giving

0:51.7

1:21.5

advice is a whole other thing. It takes discipline to handle things the right way. Oftentimes, handling situations well comes with

1:31.8

delayed gratification. Instant gratification is usually a red flag. And so that's why it's hard to follow

1:39.5

advice sometimes. It requires you to be the bigger person, to have uncomfortable conversations, to stand up for

1:46.5

yourself. So even though I often know what the answer is, what should be done, that doesn't

1:53.1

mean I always do it. And so today I thought I'd sit down and share with you all my own advice

1:58.4

that I struggle to take the most. This episode is presented to you by eBay.

2:04.6

We all have that piece. You know the one. The thing that's so you, you've basically become known for it.

2:10.0

And if you don't have yours yet, you'll find it on eBay. Let me put you on people.

2:14.6

eBay is where you'll find those one-of-a-kind, can't stop researching,
