Today's 10-minute walk starts right after this. The weather is finally warming back up.

I was weather whining two days ago. Didn't mention it yesterday. Probably would have been appropriate

talking about opening day. It doesn't feel like opening day because it was cold. It was windy. It was cloudy.

But I didn't. I refrained from whining about the weather.

Today the temperature is starting to warm back up. It's still chilly, but it's that comfortable chilly.

It is time for the annual

walking as fitness survey. This is important because it helps me to understand what really

matters to you regarding the podcast, what you what you don't like so that I can

make adjustments or not make adjustments you know there might be things that I'm

thinking all right maybe I should move away from this but you tell me oh no no keep

doing that conversely there may be things that I think are just amazing and you're like, no, you can stop

doing that.

The survey is 10 questions long.

Six of those questions are multiple choice.

Four are open-ended.

It'll probably take three-ish minutes, depending on how much time you want to spend
