Summary

Izzy and Nina are twin sisters who love to cook together. But while Izzy loves baking, Nina finds the precision it requires endlessly frustrating. So Izzy's got one more shot to get Nina to love baking with her. Chris and Shilpa come to their rescue, helping the sisters capture the joy of baked goods that taste even better from your own kitchen than from a bakery.

This week, I got a call from sisters, Isie and Nina.

We are twins. We are good friends. We love to cook together.

Nina wanted me to tell you that she's a good cook. And I love to bake and I feel like I've kind of embarked on a journey where I want to get her to bake and like enjoy baking with me or like just as much as I do.

But here's the problem. While Nina is a confident cook.

I feel really, really not confident baking. I overthink a lot, which is the opposite of how I cook,

which is like very intuitively, and with grace, if you but when I bake I get really flustered.

The last baking project that Nina attempted turned out to be a bit of a disaster.

She was trying to bake Nijela Lawson's honey pie.

When she and Ise baked it together,
