Hello. Oh my gosh. Okay. Well, my name is Caroline Duna and this is the fucka day podcast,

but I just tried to record something and I decided that I was going to start over again

and tell you that I don't want to do a podcast episode today.

And it's because I am totally drained, like, emotionally and spiritually, basically.

And I just don't want to.

I don't have anything to give.

I don't have the wherewithal.

And so this is not an episode.

This is just me talking to you,

telling you that this is not an episode, and telling you that I will be back.

And I will be bringing you great, inspired interviews and episodes and ideas.

And I just... interviews and episodes and ideas and I'm just I'm finally struggling I was not struggling I was optimistic I was I was okay I was able to focus on self-care. I was busy.

The weather was livable for walks.

I was okay during the first couple months of this quarantine.

There were a couple reasons for that.

One, I have it easier than a lot of people because I do work from home, even though the

expectation to be creative during this time I think is really hard.

And I have struggled with that, but I had, you know, I had things to do.

I was doing lots of episodes and bonus episodes

and my sister was back from California the weather was nice and I felt like okay this is

going to be a couple months and I can do that and we we can all do that you know and I knew I was

lucky and I am with my situation and everything during the quarantine, the ability to quarantine,
