Hello everyone. Welcome back to another edition of the I'm Tired podcast. I'm your host, Grace Valentine. I'm an author, blogger, speaker, podcast host, but most importantly, I'm a friend. I'm so excited today to have someone who I consider my friend on the podcast. His name is Luke Beamer and he writes for his own blog called Unlabeled and unlabeled word or is it unlabeled

Luke? Did I say it right? It's just unlabeled. Technically the handle is unlabeled world now. It kind of

changed. Yeah, it's exciting changes though. And the cool thing about Luke is that yes, he's a writer,

yes, he's a friend, but he's also a current college students. And I know I

have either students who are listening who are about to be in college or a lot of college students

out there. So I hear a lot of times through my DMs, especially girls or guys being like,

it is so hard. I'm so overwhelmed. And especially amidst Corona and that summer plans are prepared for like internships and everything,

there's a lot of pressure.

And so, Luke, I would love for you to say, like, do you feel like there's a lot of pressure

for college students right now?

Yeah, no, Grace, thank you so much for having me.

I, um, the, the pressure is real for college students right now,

especially,

I think,

just with dealing with COVID and dealing with the transition of,

like,

kind of an online platform versus like an in-person platform.

And I think it's brought out a lot of sides to,

like,

learning that not all of us are, like, gifted with and stuff. And so I think it's brought out a lot of sides to like learning that not all of us are like gifted with and stuff.

And so I think the transition time of like also then figuring out

and finding an internship and finding what we're going to do
