0:19.0	I'm going on an 18 year. I'm 18 months mission for my church.
0:35.0	And as getting closer, I'm starting to flip out a little bit.
0:39.0	I have all these like, it's true.
0:41.0	I'm like, but I need like brick of my work for it or I don't need to go or like, then my family's having issues or that my mom's cancer is going to come back.
0:52.0	So I've been overthinking a lot and it's kind of pushed me to the point where I've been.
0:59.0	Probably the most insecure.
1:02.0	Kind of depressed and like anxious, but I've ever been in my life.
1:06.0	So that's why you have.
1:08.0	Yes, I have one big tip you have to go.
1:13.0	How else do you think you would stop being afraid of the water if you avoided water?
1:20.0	You're how old are you?
1:23.0	I'm 19.
1:24.0	Of course you're scared. You'd be nuts if you weren't.
1:29.0	You've been protected by family your whole life.
1:33.0	Now it's time to go. Okay, let's I know you're uncomfortable and a little nervous, but let's not laugh anymore.
1:40.0	Because I think it minimizes the seriousness with which I am taking this.
1:45.0	This is a big step in your life.
1:47.0	Every 19 year old would feel like you feel.
1:51.0	It's normal for the first time in your life and for a long time a year and a half, you're going to be away from everything familiar and comfortable.
