After a gunshot wound directly to his head during an attempted suicide, he survived an entire night with a gaping hole in his head to live to tell the story and help others address internal struggles or mental health issues- specifically in the realm of professional sports. Drew talks Kelly through the journey is took him to get to the place of contemplating and then attempting suicide and it may be closer to some of your stories than you think. Drew talks through the importance of healing, acknowledging the critical voices are happening internally and addressing trauma on a continued journey.
