Okay. So let's start with a simple statement.

Many of our patterns weren't born from clarity and alignment.

They were born from survival, from doing what we had to do to feel safe, accepted, or loved. Over time, those patterns solidify into a life, a career,

the more costly it feels to change. As we mature, regulate our nervous systems, and gradually

release young patterns that we're seeking control

on safety, clarity and inner knowing have space to come through. But then we panic, because it seems

that to honor this knowing would mean shaking the foundation that our life is currently

built upon.

This, unfortunately, may very well be true, and you may have to endure a temporary period of pain,

grief, loss, and uncertainty as you start to honor this

renewed connection with yourself. Loss is the karmic reality of realigning a life that was

built on fear, safety, and control.

So there's no way around this.

It is the mud that we have to walk through to get to the other side.

But even amidst that, it's important to remember to go slow because rarely is the solution to just
