Good morning drlora. Thank you for taking my call. It's my pleasure Heather. What's happening?

Well, this is a job related question. I am a licensed therapist and I work.

I work in an organization where I've been here for eight years and I have a new supervisor. I'm having a face to face.

We have monthly supervision and having my first face to face with her next week and she used to be she so occupied the same level of job that I do and she recently got promoted to a higher position.

My dilemma is that recently I received what I felt was a sort of cast sizing email. I had requested some very reasonable time off and it was declined.

I got a long email about how I need to be willing to flex for the needs of the organization and we're down steps so we all need to be available all the time.

Especially over the last couple of years. We work in person and the challenge now is a lot of clinicians are working the zoom call from home.

So they have had a very hard time recruiting to have people actually show up at a Monday through Friday job. I've covered more than my fair share to help the organization.
