I had a chance to get some property. A woman died, a neighbor died in test date seven by seven years ago and she left about a one and a half acre piece of property in the rural area part of town.

0:42.0

And it's really nice just empty lot and her she didn't have any errors, but I went to the trouble of finding her errors in the other part of the country and they told me we don't care what happens to that land.

0:55.0

We don't want to have anything to do with her. Don't ever contact us again. Thank you. And I thought, okay, that's it. I've done all I could do and all I had to do over the past six years or so was pay the property taxes on that land.

And within five years, it would have been deeded over to me. Well, I slept on that opportunity and always said, well, you know, I don't have much money, but I certainly could have gotten together the eight to eight thousand dollars or so seventy thousand to pay the past taxes.

1:24.0

And I didn't do it last week. I found out that somebody did do it and I cannot forgive myself for sleeping on that opportunity and I don't know what to do.

1:36.0

What the hell did you lose? What did you lose?

1:50.0

The opportunity to have that piece of land for by just by paying the taxes. Well, what was the downside at the time part of the downside was you really didn't have the money.

2:02.0

So if you had the land, you have to pay taxes on you didn't have the money. So there was a downside because the timing in your life wasn't great.

2:11.0

The timing sucked.

2:13.0

It made it. It sucked really bad. I didn't have the money.

2:20.0

Stay quiet for a moment. Then stay quiet for a moment and let that rattle around in your head.

2:27.0

You've made this a statement of your stupidity.

2:31.0

When the reality is you didn't have the wherewithal to do it. It wasn't the right time in your life.

2:38.0

Whoever did pay for it, it was the right time in their life. This isn't you being stupid. I think it was pretty smart not to dump all the money that you didn't even have in something you couldn't do anything with at the time.

2:54.0

You got this backwards.

2:59.0

You can't forgive yourself for not having the wherewithal. It's not an issue of forgiving yourself. It's irrelevant. You didn't do anything wrong.

3:11.0

You would not have been able to survive if you had that property.
