0:15.2	greatest billing department. They made some errors billing us for things we didn't get done,

0:28.5	We're getting calls and mail from a question company trying to get the money back.
0:34.4	And we don't know, hey, it hasn't been resolved on there and we don't
0:38.3	feel like we should pay this sort of amount of money that's left over so we kind of seem stuck
0:43.6	I mean on one hand yeah we just pay and be done with it but for me no no no no no issue

0:56.9	past, and they, somebody acknowledged that those were erroneous charges, do you have paper record,

1:06.5	No, I'm sorry, what I meant was it wasn't resolved.

1:10.4	And we had, so we paid what was supposed to pay, but for the erroneous billing, we haven't paid that yet.
1:17.9	Who did you pay when you say you paid what you were supposed to pay?
1:21.1	You paid the IVF clinic?
1:23.3	That's correct, yes.
1:24.5	Okay, and then you got a separate bill from the IVF clinic or straight from collections?
1:29.1	Because they should be, IVF clinic should have been sending you bills first.
1:33.0	Correct, yes, they did.
1:34.4	And we reached out to them saying, this isn't correct.
