What's up, guys? It is Brian. And I feel like it's been a long time since we've had a little bit of a fireside chat on this podcast.

And right now is one of those times where I feel like it's needed. So the purpose of today's episode is to walk through what pivots, what changes we're making with this podcast, with the programming, with the episode frequency.

And more importantly, why? Because there's like 4 to 5,000 of you guys that listen to this every

single day. And I'm making a massive change to how this show is ran and how I think about

the show in general. And so I want to give a little bit of backstory for people that are brand new.

And then also to my OG listeners, paint a picture for what's coming next. Because what's

coming next for this show and for our media and content and brand overall is going to be a 100xing,

not a 5x, not a 10x, but a 100xing of output, of quality and quantity so that we can

actually achieve the goals that we set out to achieve.

So before we go forward, let me take you guys backwards to why the hell did I begin this

podcast in the first place.

I started Action Academy back in 2021 in the basement

of my house hack as a corporate B-to-B sales rep selling uniforms to industrial companies and

service companies, HVAC companies, and local county governments in Atlanta, Georgia. And as I sat in the basement of my

house hack, where I put 3.5% down, and I had a low interest rate on a mortgage, and I lived in

the basement, rented out the other rooms of my house, I came to a realization that I was making

good money, and I had no millionaires around me

that would actually give me advice that I wanted to hear because like a lot of you guys,

I have now been that voice for you guys, right?

I didn't have that person that I could talk to or that I could listen to that was actually giving me practical advice.

Because my mom at the time, my friends, my family, my girlfriend at the time, all told me how

stupid if an idea was to invest, to do all this stuff, to pursue these financial freedom dreams,
