And the reason I'm not paying the tax, there's so many different reasons that, first of all,

in the face of it, this is one of the most ridiculous court cases ever brought because this whole issue was litigated in 1933 over this exact same thing. So trying to make an argument, the only way they can pass a tax in the state of Washington, in the state of Washington, the Constitution says that you cannot pass any tax that is incrementally applied, meaning it has to be applied to everybody evenly and it's capped at 1%.
