0:22.9	my mortgage and as the choice I'm in. I'm just thinking about trying in the future if I should
0:27.9	save up to refinance or just sell the home. Currently on baby step number two and expecting
0:34.3	to hopefully pay that be out of debt three by the end of this year.
0:38.5	But right now we're on a pause because we're expecting the baby boy in the late May.

0:47.3	And so right now the only thing is our home, we have a third year term FHA loan with even down payment assistance.
0:56.4	And so our payment is around 2,200 with the income bringing in $53,000.
1:03.2	So that's our monthly income coming in.
1:05.3	So I know when I first bought the home, I wasn't into your apartment or anything like that.
