Jarrett Hill coming up on the show this week I've gained a lot in the last few weeks

and I'm feeling good about it. I've been eating. I've been having a good time. What is all this face? You ain't been eating? Let's keep going to love it.

We coming up on the show today it is World AIDS Day tomorrow as this episode comes out and we are going to be talking about HIV and we're kind of transitioning into that right now as we get started.

I am in an interesting place on this episode because this is something that I actually don't talk

about very often or very much and in turn I don't get asked about it very often but it being World AIDS Day I wanted to take a moment and take a bit of space here to have some conversation around my own experience being HIV positive and as I was saying I'm I don't know

how to talk about this because it's something that I don't talk about and Trevelin and I in our meeting

planning for today's episode I was saying like I don't even know where to begin because it's something that I don't talk about.

So Trevel wants to ask questions. We're going to kind of take it that direction and then we'll be joined by some, well, I told Trevel to have some questions just in case also.
