We only go as far is our ability to adapt.

Meaning our lives aren't shaped by the plans we make.

Our lives are shaped and defined by how we adapt and evolve and overcome when those plans fall through.

And you might hear that and think, well, that's a pessimistic take.

Well, let me tell you something I've learned.

Over the years, I've seen again and again that a life worth living requires two things.

It's the ability to dream far beyond what currently exists, and second, the ability to tie the implementation of that dreaming into something real and tangible and pragmatic.

It is the head in the clouds and feet on the ground philosophy.

Be dreaming, be stretching, but be real in the approach.

See, life is both a beautiful opportunity

and insanely challenging at times, right?

It's the idea that two things can simultaneously be true at once.

Anyone can make a plan.

Anyone can come up with an idea.

But how many of us

are willing to get back up when that idea falls apart?

How many of us keep trudging into the storm

after a year or two years or three years

of not quite getting that reality we're longing for?

Of not experiencing that validation that we're craving.

Are you one of those people that amidst that lack of that we're craving.

Are you one of those people that amidst that lack of validation can keep moving forward? Again, it's not about making the plan, it's about adjusting, adapting and growing as life throws everything it has at you.
