Hey Mama's baby mama. Oh my god. I just I just had my first like court hearing.

About you can't just like say my first court hearing and then any for a child support.

I'm saying no, it's for real estate. Like a good court hearing or not.

It's a bad one. So I got audited because you know, remember how I told you a while ago that you have to take your continuing education classes every year.

Like at a certain number of hours. Like I vaguely remember.

So last year, my license was due to be renewed and I there's a certain timeline.

I think it's like April 30th where you're supposed to get all your credits in and log like send them to your broker.

That's the deadline. I didn't I went past April 30th. Like I gave it in like May 2nd or something.

Cause like three days. Yeah. And also real estate hasn't really been my key focus as my career since I started the podcast and like, you know, Instagram whatever.

So I my broker wasn't that she was known. I told her about that.

But it's still my responsibility like I'm supposed to finish these classes on time. So I got audited as well as like a million other agents.

A lot of agents get audited, but not all of them go to hearing like they randomly choose what agents go to hearing actually.

And I'm not saying this is the case. But that statement alone makes me believe that you were kind of targeted.

And I only say that because that's happened to me. I mean, obviously not in this type of scenario, but like.

Yeah.

Why were you specifically picked to go to a hearing?

I didn't know that there were a lot of other agents audited until I went to the off because I actually went into the office two days ago to in to deactivate my license. So I have it as inactive right now.

So I don't have to pay the dues or the bills for the office or anything.

But if I want to come back, I can as long as I take my as long as I continue taking my my classes, which I'm going to keep doing every year, because it's really.

It's no skin off my back like I we get free classes and things like that.
