Welcome, welcome, welcome. Come on in, family. You know what time it is. It's Therapy Thursday, one of our favorite nights of the week. Big Bro is back in the building and tonight is going to be a good one. I hope you are ready for empowerment, for transformation, for motivation, everything that you need in order to get to a space where you can thrive in the spaces that God has called you to thrive.

Because, get this, you were created to thrive. You were created for dominion. You were created to be the head and not the tail.

And life tries to tell these lies to try to make us believe that we are not the head, that we are

the subservient ones, that we're just supposed to take it on and just push through and not

prioritize our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health.

That's why Therapy Thursday is so important because we create moments in time where we can

prioritize the matters of a heart.

This is how we are stepping into the spaces called guarding your heart for out of it flows the

issues of life. So I celebrate you. We welcome all of our first time as if this is your first time,

just put first time in the chat and let us know where you're watching

from. First time from Texas. First time from D.C. First time from Jamaica. And we are praying for

Jamaica for all of those who have experienced the incredible storms and all over the world. There's so

much going on in the world. So we are intentional about taking these moments to let you know that this is a safe space. If this is your first time, we want to let you know that you are welcome, that you are loved, that we see you, that we value you, and that this is a safe space. If you see a first timer, come on family, you know how we get down. Love on the first timer, tell them that they

are welcome. And as you are loving on the first timers, let's find somebody up and down the chat

and let them know that you're proud of them. Not just for what they do. You're proud of them

because they're committed to who God has called them to be. Just let them know, I'm proud of you. At them. I'm proud of you. I'm proud of you, sis. I'm proud of you, bro. All the things that you face, you have a choice to throw in the towel, but yet you keep showing up. Guess what? I'm proud of you. You keep putting into work. Guess what? I'm proud of you. No matter what life tries to

throw your way, you are consistently saying, I will continue to push towards the mark for the

prize of the high calling. And we want to let you know that we're proud of you. So we're excited.

Tonight is going to be a night

of transformation. And I'm telling you, this one is so good. It got good to me. And that's why

these Therapy Thursday sessions are just so impactful. You know, we are honored all of us.
