Don't you love it when you catch yourself in certain moments behaving in a more mature way

than former you would have?

I always find such comfort, maybe even a bit of smugness. would have

been have been a bit of smugness in those moments where maybe I would have flown off the

handle or felt really impatient or felt snappy with my husband for example

and instead I'm calm. And I go, oh, old me would have handled this differently.

Current me is doing pretty well.

I think it's great to acknowledge those moments by the way, don't just skip over them,

because the more we celebrate our expansion, how far we've come, the more we allow in,

consciousness is a very powerful thing.

Now I want to share with you something that happened to me recently that was small,

but I thought I've got to do a pot about this because it's meaningful and this can help you, especially if you have a reactive

personality, especially if there are maybe hot buttons that you have that people can press that make you want to go

and bark or behave in a way that's let's just say a little more lower self it might not be your

highest self in that moment.

It's this.

Now, I text, I'll tell you, I had this experience as a realization,

this moment of enlightenment in my life, and I sent it this moment

to a couple of my sisters.

And one wrote back going, oh that's so cool, tell me more. And another wrote back with a real assumpative,

well yeah, that's obvious.
