In this episode we're going to talk about one of my greatest passions and that is

How much I hate personal fireworks

The kind that people set off in the streets and in their backyards on New Years now at 4th of July.

I hate them.

But I want to let you know that it's not the only thing that we will be talking about.

We ultimately we're leading up to a point about talking to people who have different viewpoints.

We are all encountering this right now in so many

spheres of life and I have learned a lot about this through my experience as

someone who is very very deeply anti-personal fireworks. I've learned a lot about these

situations that we all find ourselves in right now when you have one perspective

and then you encounter other people who are wrong.

How do we deal with those people?

How do we foster fruitful dialogue?

That's ultimately what this is about.

But not before I talk a bit about why I'm right, that fireworks are

awful. But it is important to begin by letting you know that if you disagree with me, you are not alone.

Whenever I bring up this subject, it makes people so angry in the entire time that I've been on Instagram and I'm on

Instagram 17 hours a day of all the followers I have there of all the years I've spent on that app. I have only banned three people.

I've only blocked three people. I'm not really into blocking. Two of them were over posts I did about fireworks. They got that angry that I felt

like I was enabling them by continuing to let them see my posts about fireworks and be so angry. And so I want you to know that you're not alone.

Because sometimes when somebody you follow is just saying something that you totally disagree with.
