I think sometimes I can present the veneer of someone who loves walking all the time. That every walk is nirvana, every walk is perfect,

minutes after eight it is a hot morning in Myrtle Beach sunny humid I left the house probably 90 minutes ago so I've been out walking for

close to an hour and a half and And I love long walks. Love them.

I like mixing it up.

I like taking short walks.

I love medium walks.

And I love me some longer walks.

One of the benefits of a longer walk, my brain has more room to explore, create, ponder.

When I know that I've got the time and the opportunity to go for a longer walk, in some ways it can even be more relaxing.
