Alicia is the mother of four girls.

She's an author, she's a triathlete, she's a runner, she's a clinical psychologist

and she's a breast cancer survivor.

This woman is very inspiring.

She's an encourager.

I felt like I was talking to some sort of mentor when I did this interview.

So, you know, I have to say one of my favorite things about who's doing this podcast is people

I get to talk to in the experiences, the conversations I get to experience.

I'm telling you guys I walk away from these conversations.

And though I know I'm recording it for a bunch of people who are listening, I walk away

filled up and inspired and encouraged and I felt all those things when I finished talking

to Alicia.

So this is one of those conversations that I'm just really thankful that I had the opportunity

to have because of this podcast.
