want to help point out to you is that that mind that's telling you that somehow Val is wildly different from you and how her

trying to keep you in the cycle you're in. Ask yourself, who is that talking to you right now?

piping in and saying, Val, do this thing, right? You're like, hey, this is what Heather might say.

see it very clearly for somebody else but when it comes to you some other voices in there saying
