The Litany of the Blood (two versions) -- Read it the way it is written the first time, but then, every time you read 'Blood', replace It with Love. And FEEL. This is how you overcome in the Blood. You feel the Love from head to toe, you let It replace you head to toe. (and I typed those words I heard Lisa Lisa's song haha)
