So the show you're about to hear marks my 20 years of doing breakfast radio.

And all I want to do is just a little short message to simply say thank you.

I love it so much.

And the last six months, as you probably heard,

if you heard bits and bobs and dropped in and out of the show,

it's been a, I think, the most violent roller coasters I've ever been on in my life.

But it's also been the most exciting thing I've ever done in my life. And having your support, your emails, knowing that you're still there

in England and America and India, Philippines, it's just unbelievable. I know some of you

have been listening to me for a long time, like long suffering listeners.

Thanks for that and some of you a bit more recent.

I'm really, really blessed to have this in my life.
