Well, hello there. It's Morgan here. And I need to tell you about the potato account.

So what is the potato account? This is one of my many, many random social media profiles that I've created

where I have started to do these little experiments, where I will just post something completely

random and I will just observe what I've learned from it. I've been doing this for as long as I

have been active on social media. I have many things that I've created and many of

them I've forgotten about. Some of them I remember. A lot of them I don't. A lot of them I can't even

find anymore. But for me, I've always had this practice of even though the internet is a very

serious place of having something where I'm reminded

to not take it as seriously, if you will, and especially when it comes to being aware of my

own boundaries and mental health, for me, the only way that I am able to be on the

internet as someone who shares very publicly, a lot of it requires some degree of, okay, you have to

have another space here where everything doesn't feel so official. So I've been doing this for literally 20 years.

Actually, the first time I made my first website ask my dad to help me create a website was 20 years

ago at age 13. So I've been doing some variation of something that didn't have my face on it, that it was just,

let me just play around with some code and some images, just whatever I can learn how to do,

even if nobody looks at it or watches it. Let me just try something. So that's been a part of my life

for a very long time. However, there has never been

anything quite like the potato account. So I want to tell you a little story about how I came to

creating a TikTok account that does nothing but show short video clips of potatoes and the impact that

that has made in my life and how I hope that this can be a reminder to just create a little bit

of room to let go a little bit, to release the pressure a little bit, even if there

are, which there are, of course, very serious things going on in any given person's life,
