| 1:10.0 | And what that did is it gave me a different perspective of which I desperately needed at the time because I was emotionally heightened when I called you. |

| 1:31.0 | I made a conscious effort to the extra nice when he came home and have something healthy for him to snack on when he came home. |
| 1:42.0 | And talk to him about his day and all that's going on. And it helped both of us because I think we both realized in that through that conversation how much you spreading themselves to thin between work and multiple family concerns and and needs. |
| 2:02.0 | So from that I started doing more, at least trying to be more mindful to do more to make him feel comfortable and relax when he comes home, like keeping up the house and do things to improve the house, like whether I was the door or that would otherwise be on his list, just to kind of lighten some of his load. |
| 2:25.0 | And I'm trying to go to bed early with him because he has an hour. |
| 2:32.0 | I thought that I thought of sleep, but it helped him fall asleep faster and it gives us some quiet time to talk and visit in a different way. |
| 2:39.0 | And I haven't noticed he hasn't broke things or just trying things around the house by accident or otherwise. I think it's just helping give us balance in general to be more present to his needs. |
