You hold your tongue.

There's a power that moves through you.

Very swiftly.

There's a power here that's always been here.

You do not speak ill of yourself.

You do not speak ill of anyone else.

You do not gossip.

You do not judge.

You are trying to curse less.

You are trying to feel more.

Look down at those hands.

Heal more. That's why I sent you. In the coming days you're going to notice that your hand will reach out and touch the shoulder of someone, the back of someone, the hand of someone else, and it will happen beyond your will. The mind will feel strange. It will wonder why

that hand reached out. I reach it. I stretch it. That season where you felt stretched, where you felt like you

were struggling, nonstop is over. This is what it was all for. Knowing me truly, deeply, intimately
