1:13.1	I made the decision to experiment with a couple of things this quarter moving forward,

1:24.3	And my intent behind these experiments was to create more of a team element
1:35.2	with everybody on the team at capitalism.com because I don't know if this is true with all companies or all entrepreneurs,
1:46.5	but in our company there's this tendency to get clarity and then go off into our own
1:56.4	little silo and work away and coordinate with members as little as possible.
