to Ali Beth Stucky for first introducing me to this guest last fall on her podcast Relatable.

It was so good and he was so fascinating that I texted her and I said, this is your

best interview of 2022.

And I knew I had to have him on.

At just 26 years old, today's guest was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer.

When you're caught between life and possibly death, you have one chance to get it right.

After listening to doctors demand that he immediately start chemotherapy, he couldn't

ignore his natural instincts telling him that in spite of being given a diagnosis, he had

the ability to change his prognosis.

If he buckled down and radically changed his diet, mindset and lifestyle, half of men

and nearly one third of American women are predicted to get cancer in their lifetime.

It's highly likely that someone you love or even you have had to face the horrific nightmare

that is cancer in your life.

Maybe you were your loved one chose chemo, maybe you didn't, maybe you or someone you

love was just diagnosed and aren't sure what route you want to take.

But I hope you take from this conversation is not that chemo is going to kill you or

that it's a mistake, but that there are options for you to know about even if your doctor

isn't explicitly suggesting them.

And most importantly, there will be amazing tips, tricks, and habits to learn about in

this episode that can help improve everyone's health, not just cancer patients.
