Turn with me, please, this morning to the book of Luke, Luke, chapter 9, and verse 1, Jesus called his 12 disciples together, and he gave them power and authority over all devils.

Some scriptures say demons.

And to cure diseases.

Said out loud, he gave them power and authority over all demons and to cure diseases.

Is that what you need to deal with disease to deal with demons you need power and authority

and he gave it to him didn't he skip down to the tenth chapter in the ninth chapter there, it records him giving them this power and authority.

And in the 10th chapter in the first verse, he appointed an additional 70 and sent them.

So it's not just the 12 now.

It's also the 70.

How many is that?

It's at least 82 now that we got empowered and authorized.

And down in verse 17, the 70 returned again with joy.

We're talking about joy Friday night.
