I felt a sweet sense of God's presence.

He's from Santa Barbara, California.

Driving on the interstate outside of Albuquerque on my way back to California, I noticed an object in the grassy median on Interstate 40. I circled back around to check it out because I felt I needed to do that.

There was a dog lying on his side near a puddle

and he really needed attention. I scooped him up and he never took his eyes off me as we tried to

find the location of a dog shelter in Albuquerque. Christian science teaches that God is love and his

principal. Principal thoroughly cares for all spiritual being,

and therefore nothing is outside of God's care or control.

I know it doesn't seem like that,

but knowing something about God opens the way to experience more good.

I felt a sweet sense of God's presence.

When I got to the shelter, it had it just closed.

There was a man standing there who said,

This is a terrible place.

I finally got off early, and now they won't let me look for our dog when we were just five minutes late.

Are you looking for your dog?

I told him, no.

I was bringing one in.

His little boy asked, can we see him?

When I opened the door, he burst into tears.
