I don't know how many listeners had this happen last week, but I know of at least one, and it's heartbreaking.

I'm going to share a message from one listener who did the seven-day walking challenge during today's 10-minute walk.

I just checked before I headed out this morning for today's 10-minute walk. More than 5,000 listeners.

I know that I didn't hear from 5,000 listeners, but I'm hopeful that it was hundreds, if not thousands,

or I want to make my walking more consistent, or like Jeff, who is on vacation, already has a habit,

already has consistency. He set a goal within a goal. His bigger goal is to walk at least 15 minutes every day.

He's been doing that for more than 60 days, more than two months.
