I think that working a ton of overtime is damaging for many reasons, especially over long periods of time. In today's segment, I talked about how I don't work overtime by managing my time effectively. How to you manage your time outside of work?

We are ending right when the clock strike zero today's topic I'm going to be talking about is working long hours,

How much is enough?

Let's start the clock and jump into it.

So as you guys know, with part of living the wealthy way, one of my big things is that I don't work weekends, right?

I work 10 to 5 comes out to 35 hours a week.

If I were to work every day, a lot of times I'm golfing on Fridays.

So, you know, I'm really in the office, maybe 25 to 30 hours a week.

Now, for me, over time is not something that I usually spend in the office.

I'm usually able to get everything I need to get done at the office.

Now, does that mean I'm perfect?

Absolutely not.

You know, there are times in my business where everything is breaking and I've got to fix all the fires and,

you know, recently I've had situations like that.

And I've had to stay at the office to 6 to 7 and really fix things with some of my key employees.

But overall, that is not the norm.

And the big thing with working long hours is, you know, is this something that's temporary that needs to be fixed?

Which every business is going to go through?

I'm not saying you should never work long hours.
