We were having a conversation. She's like, I don't love how this is feeling right now. And I was like what's going on we're having a conversation she's like i don't love

how this is feeling right now and i was like yeah i said i feel off um i think i feel a little depressed or

something and you know i just i'm off and she's like okay And within a few minutes, she was like, well, are you not wanting to

feel something? Are you feeling your feelings at all? And I was like, nope. And then when we got

into the content of like what might be going on and I started to put the pieces together.

Now granted, this is me after many, you know, 20 something years are working on myself.
