Washington had four years to prepare for a second Trump presidency.

But these past two weeks, it felt a little bit like nobody did the homework.

In his first week in office, Trump ripped through a stack of executive orders that went after

DEI, the federal workforce, birthright citizenship, and a lot more.

He fired 18 inspectors general in defiance of Congress.

And finally, this Monday, his administration shocked the world with OMB memo M2513.

That's that big old spending freeze you heard about, the impoundment issue that Trump's
