Okay, so I have a behavior that I would like to, you know, change if possible and or get some insight of why I have this behavior.

So it could be, for example, like an over exaggeration or stress over small things throughout the day, non-related to anything in particular.

For example, let's say I put my water bottle on the counter. I come back. It's gone. I start to kind of raise my voice. I could even swear my heart kind of races.

And I get this like anxiety or this stressful feeling. And it could happen any time of the day, whereas it's a parking spot for another example.

I'm wondering why I get so, you know, flustered for non-important things.

Because they are important to you. They must up the smooth flow of your day. They irritate you. You have to do with imperfections.

Okay, where do you stop?

So what it's like to sit here and have somebody say I have this very complex problem. Give me the quick fix so I can hang up and go do it.

There isn't a quick fix.

One of the things you could obviously do, and I'm sure people have said this, breathe, think of two nice things that have happened.

You know, take 10 seconds before you react. They're all these little techniques. But you need your world perfect to feel okay.

Well, I know that my mom does the same thing.

She's very reactionary with little things as well.
