Welcome back to self care and chill with Molly. I am so happy because I know that when you guys see this podcast episode up, you're going to be looking like finally yes.

You're going to be sending it to your girlfriend is like, yes, she finally put an episode up. Okay. I took me a little self care break because it was my birthday and then I just got comfortable with it and joined my personal life.

And my son hasn't been having school. So I just been enjoying my little family and I've been having some poetry shows.

I did do the Phoenix show. I did just do a Tampa show. I actually have to go to Atlanta the day for a podcast and maybe three hours before after I'm done this episode.

So I really have been on a go. But when the process of being on a go, I don't want to neglect y'all. But I want to make sure that I'm consistently showing up at 100% in every aspect of my life. And when I feel like I can't give 100% I want to make sure that I'm taking a break to rest and recharge because nobody benefits from me being exhausted, being tired, being weary, feeling like I've given too much.

So thank you for being graceful and allowing me to take my much needed break. I also enjoy my Ramadan with fast and so today there will be no curse words and it was funny the other day.

There's two times that I dig it on live. Somebody has said, you're not cursing us out today. Do y'all want to get cursed out?

Y'all can still get cursed out with all curse words. We all send me messages and ask me for advice and it annoys me. And it doesn't annoy me because y'all making me mad.

I feel like I be getting triggered and I be getting flashbacks about things that I tolerated in the pants. And I be wanting y'all to have y'all a high moment of thing.

I believe that I was settling or tolerating something like that. So we do have a few questions that people had sent in which I think is dope.

I love when you guys send different questions and but it also makes me feel like dang like people so many people asked the similar similar questions.

So a lot of you are going through the same thing. So one of the questions somebody asked, how do they move on? They baby daddy left them and now he has a girlfriend already.
