I thought today that I would start the day off with some positive affirmations for all of you.

1:13.0

Especially with being gentle with yourself and knowing that you're going to make mistakes. I know that some of us think that we are just going to get on our self-love journeys or we're going to start working on ourselves and we're going to be super disciplined and we're never going to fuck up.

1:32.0

Damn, I already cursed. But it's okay for you to make mistakes. You're going to make them. What are you learning from them and are we making the same mistakes over and over and if we are, are we tapping into ourselves to see exactly why?

Why do I keep resorting back to the same thing? Why do I keep going back to the same places or to the same person or keep going back to places and things that I already know what they expect?

2:00.0

I know how this is going to end up. So why do I keep going here? Am I attached to this person and am I afraid to be alone? Am I afraid to see them be happy with somebody else? Am I not at a place in my life where I know how to move on?

2:13.0

Do I not want them to move on without me? Am I just settling this, settling for this person in the meantime because it's nobody else for me to talk to?

2:24.0

If it's your friend, are you holding on to history? We've been friends for a long time. We used to have fun together. This is my going out friend. If I let go of this friend and I won't have nobody to hang out with or go do hukawit or travel with us trying to tap into exactly why we can't let go.

2:40.0

Especially when whatever it is that we're holding on to has already showed us that it doesn't mean us no good. It only hurts us.

2:51.0

It doesn't pour back into us. It doesn't reciprocate or whatever it can't be. Even if it's you having to take a step back to me a family.

2:59.0

Let's tap it and then tune it into exactly why.

3:03.0

If you feel like your family is just a toxic family that's never prodded you and just stresses you out and freaking you're happier when you just isolate for a little while and you only can fuck with them in moderation.

3:13.0

Being honest and tuning in to exactly what goes on and why you feel that way. I feel like once we know why it's so easy for us to know what it is that we want to work on.

3:27.0

So I feel like that was super important for me to add into an affirmation for you all today. Outside of the fact you know after I read the book you can heal your life and she will always say all as well in my world.

3:40.0

That's something I always like to say throughout my day and when I'm giving myself is giving myself affirmations is all as well in my world and things come to me in abundance.
