So here's the book.

The book is called I Don't Care, the Freedom of Letting Go.

There's a chapter in the book, chapter six, it says, are you enough?

And then in parentheses, I put maybe.

And the reason why I put maybe is because there's a question mark there. And I didn't think that a question

mark would be sufficient enough to really drive the entire point home. I put maybe because I do

think that there needs to be a pause and a moment of reflection. Because you are enough is a powerful statement.

And I think that we've all said it.

But then there's this little voice in the back of our head that says,

well, maybe.

And a big part of the I don't care mentality is not ignoring like that small voice that questions,

am I enough?

But actually leaning into it to actually determine whether or not like what you feel and

if those things are accurate.

So you can ultimately come to a conclusion.
